What are the steps for collaborating with ReCore?
1. Inquiry or joining the waiting list
Fill out the contact form and I’ll send you an email to arrange a free 30-minute introductory call. We’ll talk about your needs, goals, the culture of your business environment, and collaboration options. Whether you’re here for yourself or for your team, I’m here to answer all your questions.
2. Detailed proposal development
Within 3 days, I will send you a proposal with all the details. After choosing the ideal program, we will agree on the payment option and method.
3. Initial analysis
A) Individual
I will send you a personal questionnaire for analysis so we can get to know each other better—get ready for 20 minutes of introspection.
B) Companies & Teams
You will receive a 5-minute preparatory material to forward to participants, which they need to complete at least a week before the workshop. This allows us to tailor the content to your needs.
4. Coaching architecture*
Sessions are held online or at an agreed location. Two days after the final session, you will receive a summary of key topics and suggestions for clear conclusions and action steps. Two weeks later, we will have a 30/60-minute follow-up call for support, additional questions, and options for further collaboration.
