Hi, I am Patricija,
a performance coach, scientist, and eternally optimistic athlete.
As a mentor, I had the opportunity to listen, absorb, experience, and understand from business “marathoners” what the architecture of great results is. And how close is it to the mindset of an athlete—that is, how close is it to each of us who dared to be a rebel with a cause, to take a step, to take a risk—this is the guiding thought behind much of my work.
Today, I work with those who know what it’s like to set high standards.
With the ambitious. With the passionate. Those who don’t look for excuses—but look for ways to better understand themselves and others.
Because the better we understand our decisions, the closer we are to the life we want to create.

From athlete to mindset architect
You know that moment when you finally reach the top, only to realize you’re actually just at the beginning? Yes, it was a strange moment for me. I was chasing success, and then when I caught it, I realized it wasn’t what I thought it would be.
I spent 15 years in the world of sports, both as an athlete and as a kinesiologist. As part of my everyday life, it was never just about medals or titles—it was about pushing boundaries. It was about how my mind reacts when it’s at the edge of its capabilities, when the body is failing you, but you still have to keep going.
Can you really stay focused when your mind is screaming “Give up”? And what does that even look like—success without stress and burnout? In the end, I asked myself: What does success even mean to me?
That’s how I stopped looking for answers in physical performance and turned to the mental game. Why? Because I believe that business is a game of the mind, and at the top, it’s no longer skills that set the best apart, but mindset.
After my student days in Glasgow, where I specialized in behavioral finance, and six years in strategic corporate management, I started my own performance consulting business — ReCore.

Everything starts with YOU.
My job is not just to get you to the goal. My job is to help you maintain mental clarity, balance, and health. Because the real question isn’t “How do you become successful?” but “How do you sustain success without burning out along the way?”
Through my work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and athletes, I help them understand what is holding them back and how those patterns can be transformed into their greatest strength. I help them understand that mental resilience isn’t something that just appears when you become famous or successful. It develops every day—through practice, through facing emotions, and through making decisions that are guided not by fear, but by clarity.
