Yes, it was a strange moment for me. I was chasing success, and then when I caught it, I realized it wasn\u2019t what I thought it would be.<\/p>\n I spent 15 years in the world of sports, both as an athlete and as a kinesiologist. As part of my everyday life, it was never just about medals or titles\u2014it was about pushing boundaries<\/strong>. It was about how my mind reacts when it\u2019s at the edge of its capabilities, when the body is failing you, but you still have to keep going.<\/p>\n Can you really stay focused when your mind is screaming \u201cGive up\u201d? And what does that even look like\u2014success without stress and burnout? In the end, I asked myself: What does success even mean to me?<\/strong><\/p>\n That\u2019s how I stopped looking for answers in physical performance and turned to the mental game<\/strong>. Why?
